    GEOPolymers

    GEOPolymers spray-applied liner system is a high-performance, fiber-reinforced mortar specifically designed for corrosion prevention and structural enhancement of tunnels, culverts and pipes. This high-strength, ultra-low porosity material is made from natural mineral polymers and recycled industrial waste streams.

    GEOPolymers are designed for multiple application techniques, including pouring, placing, troweling, spraying, and centrifugal casting.

    Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP Systems)

    Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP Systems) CFRP strengthening system comprises a wide range of carbon and glass FRP reinforcements and compatible saturating resins highlighted by our ICC-ES certified (ESR-3663) FRP strengthening system.

    The CFRP system is engineered to strengthen ceilings, columns, walls, piers, and most other structural members of bridges, buildings, parking decks and other facilities and structures to extend their useful life.

     

    Fabric Reinforced Cementitious Matrix (FRCM)

    FRCM or Fabric-Reinforced Cementitious Matrix combines a high-performance sprayable mortar with a carbon-fiber grid to create a thin structural layer that will not add significant weight or volume to the existing structure.

    Geogrid

    Geogrid is a category of geosynthetic material that can be used to provide the functions of: reinforcement, stabilization, and filtration. Biaxial and multi-axial geogrids provide the functions of stabilization and filtration.

    Geotextile

    A geotextile is a synthetic fabric that is used to aid drainage, improve soil characteristics, and provide erosion control in building projects. Different geotextiles have different textures which ensure permeability. Geotextiles are an essential feature when working with soils. They keep dirt intact, preventing erosion.

    Minegrid

    Minegrid is manufactured from high-tenacity polyester and is coated with a flame-resistant, anti-static coating. Minegrid is manufactured in a range of tensile strengths, from 35 kN/m to 1000 kN/m. Standard roll size is 5m x 100m, but shorter, narrower rolls can be supplied upon request. The wide range of the Minegrid product line allows mines and quarries to customize to fit their need.

    Geosynthetic cementitious composite
    mats (GCCMs) consist of encapsulating engineered grout between layers of geotextile, so that when saturated, the mat cures to create a shell of fiber-reinforced concrete for erosion control.
